The TechSMART program supports business owners on the Lower Cape by helping them to streamline and grow their small businesses with integrated technology solutions in order to:

Custom Solutions for Your Business
The CDC recognizes that each business is unique. Rather than using a “one size fits all” technology solution, CDC staff will perform a 1-on-1, in depth analysis of each business – identifying the tools, strategies, and solutions that work best for that particular business owner. Ultimately we seek opportunities to streamline business processes to enhance performance and the bottom line.
Depending on your specific needs, our business consultants are able to provide technical guidance related to:

How the Program Works
As a participating business owner you will complete the following phases of the program:
PHASE 1: Complete TechSMART Program Application and determine Eligibility.
PHASE 2: Meet 1-on-1 with a technical business consultant to perform an in depth business assessment-including a comprehensive review of your business strategy, organizational structure and operational processes.
PHASE 3: Work together to identify key opportunities for improvement in your business via technology. Work with your technical business consultant to implement these solutions.
PHASE 4: Analyze the results post-implementation and make any necessary adjustment to optimize the solutions.
