As a community based organization, our Membership is the foundation of our work and enables us to continue to support the Lower Cape community with innovative small business programs and affordable housing opportunities. A large and active Membership also gives us a strong voice with policymakers, both locally and in the Statehouse.
We welcome and appreciate all levels of support from local individuals and businesses/organizations, and we offer a variety of Membership opportunities to fit any budget.
Lower Cape Cod CDC Member benefits include:
- An invitation to join us for our annual visit to the State House, where we join community based organizations from across Massachusetts to meet with our policymakers and encourage their support for locally based community development initiatives
